Raw materials mines
Zhongfu New Materials Co., Ltd. owns two quartzite mines, allowing full control over raw material quality and optimization of the entire production process.
The SiO2 content of the quartzite is around 99% with very low impurity levels. Exploitation of both mines is forecasted for more than 100 years.
Moulding Department
Silica bricks and shapes are produced using the dry press method. The facility is equipped with friction pressing machines and hydraulic automatic presses.
Firing Department
Products are fired in two 200-meter tunnel kilns with fully automatic temperature control, ensuring complete quartz transformation and consistent quality.
Warehouses
Spacious internal and external warehouses allow flexible storage and emergency stock management.
R&D Department and Laboratory
Our R&D department develops product portfolios tested in an internal laboratory equipped with modern testing machines.
Cutting and Grinding Department
Products designed for pre-assembly are cut and ground with precision up to 0.5 mm.
Mold Production Workshop
The workshop produces and regenerates molds, ensuring dimensional accuracy and material behavior control during firing.
